About me

I am a Canadian qualified teacher who enjoys working with students one-to-one. While teaching an entire class is enjoyable in its own way, it’s much more rewarding when I sit with one of my pupils and see an idea click in their minds as I’m explaining it. It’s one of the great joys I get from teaching.

I have a First class Honours degree in French (Bachelor of Arts) and a Bachelor of Education. I have taught a number of different subjects at a primary school level: French, English as a second language, Maths, Science, Quran, and Islamic Studies. I have also taught French in Year 7 and 8 classes.

Subject to change, but I am available most afternoons and evenings. I am currently teaching supply (on-call), so when I am not called in to work, I may be able to meet in the morning. I am flexible and willing to arrange whatever works best for you.
