About me
I am currently a practicing artist and tutor, and graduated from Royal Holloway University in 2015. I am dedicated to helping people realise their artistic visions and blossom to their full potential. When developing work with students, I encourage them to experiment with different media, and to truly understand their subject. I focus on a strong foundation in art fundamentals when teaching; shape, form, colour, light and perspective, with an emphasis on drawing from observation and memory. This allows students` personal style to shine through, whilst promoting good draughtsmanship.
I have several years of tutoring experience with students ranging from primary school to degree level. I am happy to provide portfolio advice to students applying to Art Foundation and Art Undergraduate courses. I also work with adult learners that are not seeking formal art education at a university.
I am available for daytime, weekend and evening sessions.
