About me

My specialist subject areas are Video/Film/Media Production, Audio/Radio Production, Music Technology, Music Business and Professional Practice. Help also available for developing CV`s, business plans, personal profiles and UCAS applications.

I have taught, managed and developed programmes for many years in Further Education (College) and Higher Education (University). I am now a freelance Lecturer, Examiner and Inspector working for Gateway, OCR, BTEC, BAC and other UK colleges. I originally started my career working freelance in various roles at music venues, recording studios and in television, but most of my career has been working in commercial radio and education. Over the years I have also won several awards for my work, and since 2001 have operated my own business. I operate a small production company called Butcha Productions - producing broadcast audio and voice overs for radio and TV, mobile applications, online adverts, IVR for communication systems, audio books and other offline media.
