About me

I have been an outstanding primary school teacher for seven years and have worked in Early Years, KS1 and KS2. I have experience with preparing pupils for their SATs tests in both year two and year six whilst also currently working as a writing moderator for local schools alongside my role as a class teacher. In addition to this, I am a literacy subject lead for the school I work in. I also have extensive knowledge of the age related expectations in maths and literacy. Furthermore, I have previous experience marking SATs papers and have a strong knowledge of core subjects within the national curriculum. I have experience of one-to-one tutoring and I work hard to fill gaps in my pupils knowledge. I provide a fun, encouraging and patient learning environment where your child will have the opportunity to make accelerated progress.
